Subscription Terms

Musicfy offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium AI music generation features.

Available plans may include:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• Promotional or limited time plans

Features, pricing and billing cycles are displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may update or modify subscription plans at any time.

By subscribing, you authorize Musicfy or its third party payment providers to charge your selected payment method.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle
• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout
• Applicable taxes may be added where required by law

If payment cannot be processed, access to AI music features may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel by:

• Using your account settings if available, or
• Contacting contact@musicfy.top

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation:

• Access to subscription features continues until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be applied after the current period ends

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancellation must be completed separately.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• Subscription payments are non refundable
• No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods
• Failure to use the AI music generator does not qualify for a refund

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact contact@musicfy.top within a reasonable time.

We may update subscription pricing from time to time.

If your subscription price changes:

• The new price will apply at the next renewal date
• Continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance of the updated price

If a free trial or promotional offer is provided:

• Payment details may be required at signup
• The subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless canceled before the trial ends

Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.
