User Agreement

This User Agreement governs your use of Musicfy and its AI music generation services available at https://www.musicfy.top.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with this User Agreement.

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.
• By using Musicfy, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You agree not to use Musicfy to create, upload or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Uses copyrighted material without authorization
• Impersonates individuals or misrepresents identity
• Contains harmful, fraudulent or misleading content
• Violates privacy or publicity rights of others
• Promotes illegal activities

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Musicfy provides AI tools that generate music, songs, vocals and audio content based on user inputs.

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the prompts, audio and inputs you provide
• You must have the rights to any uploaded content
• AI generated music results may vary and are not guaranteed to be unique
• Generated outputs may be similar to content created for other users

Musicfy does not review all generated content and is not responsible for user generated materials.

You retain ownership of the original content you upload.

Subject to compliance with this Agreement:

• You may use generated music for lawful personal or commercial purposes
• You may not use the platform to recreate protected songs, artists, trademarks or copyrighted works without authorization

Musicfy retains ownership of the platform, underlying technology and AI models.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities conducted under your account
• Ensuring compliance with this Agreement

Unauthorized or abusive activity may result in suspension or termination.

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Bypass usage limits or subscription controls
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the system
• Interfere with platform performance or security

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate this Agreement
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent activity
• Create legal or security risks

Termination does not remove any payment obligations already incurred.
